Presentation
Authors will also be informed about presentation type, either oral or by poster. All the accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings (by CD-ROM).
If the paper is not presented it cannot be considered for publication in the book of abstracts and in the CD Proceedings. At least one registration fee should be paid for each paper presented at the Conference. The title of the paper should be specified by the participant in the registration form.
The Proceedings of 9th International Conference LITTORAL2008 will be issued as a set of printed volumes, containing the abstracts, and a CD-ROM with the full papers. In order to achieve a timely publication, the text will be printed on CD-ROM directly from Authors' submission files.
Authors are therefore fully responsible for the quality of their articles.
NOTE: Please consider that the Extended Abstract will be the only document to be included in the printed volume (hard copy) of the proceedings and distributed to the participants to look it up during the Congress.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
The poster session is a valuable method for author to present papers and meet with interested attendees for a sound techcnical discussion.
Posters shall be prepared in A0 format (84x120 cm), in fact 84 cm wide.
NOTE: Normal text size should be 24 points so that the poster can be readable when printed in A3 size. We suggest authors to bring with them some A3 copies (~20) of the poster printed in A3 format to make discussion easier in the case participation is high (it should not be, however, over 30 persons).
